VECCI is here for Victorian business.  Victorian Employers' Chamber of Commerce and Industry (VECCI) is Australia's largest and most influential Chamber of Commerce, and Victoria's peak employer group servicing over 25,000 Victorian businesses per annum. Our membership is diverse ranging from multi-nationals to small businesses, and cover every industry across the State.

We've been around for more than 150 years, and the reason for our success is that we are always looking forward.

Our motto is Leading Business Into The Future, and we deliver for our members and partners in a wide range of areas, based on the four pillars of Guidance, Representation, Information and Value.

And whether you employ a team of two or a workforce of thousands, VECCI gives you a strong collective voice and represents your interests in the government policy arena.

To help them operate more efficiently, members have unlimited access to VECCI's Member AdviceLine, which provides free advice and answers from industry specialists to everyday management and workplace relations questions.

For more complex enquiries, VECCI's workplace consulting team is available to guide you through industrial relations issues, such as bargaining and negotiation processes, agreement making, dispute resolution and termination and redundancy.

The VECCI team also includes consultants specialising in WorkCover, Occupational Health and Safety, Equal Opportunity and Privacy and Human Resources management. Our services include audit, education and training and representation at hearings and tribunals.

To help you get the most from your business, VECCI offers both accredited short courses and on-the-job training in all areas of Personal Development, HR, OH&S, Equal Opportunity and WorkCover. Training can be delivered in our offices across Victoria, or tailored for delivery at your workplace.

Through our New Apprenticeship Centres (NAC) in country Victoria, VECCI offers wide-ranging services and support to employers, including assessment of training needs and options, government incentives and handling apprenticeship contracts.

Information is the lifeblood of any business. VECCI's Website is constantly updated and resources include online purchase of publications, access to VECCI's Calendar of Events, research information and the latest news impacting business.

VECCI's Award Update Service notifies members and service subscribers of any changes to relevant industrial relations awards affecting their business. We also offer access to a range of informative briefings, forums and networking functions with a clear focus on the hot topics of the day.

VECCI also produce an extensive range of publications, including a weekly CEO Update newsletter, business bulletins, and manuals covering everything from tax requirements to industrial relations.

VECCI's international trade department offers advice and facilitation on trade anywhere in the world.
